   1, Finished DNN train parameter test of Frame Skipping. 

Target of next week:

   1, Continue the  convertion of  Chenhao's decoding results to phone-alignment format;
   2, Keep track the effect comparation of CH_EN mixed phones-set(CSLT,puqiang,Tencent & CMU);
   3, To finish the DNN train parameters of L1/L2-penalty;
   4, To investigate the replacement of sigmoid function by  rectifier function;
