Progress:

Make experiments on different variants of MRF model: independent model, sequential-dependent model, full-dependent model.

The result is based on clef2013 collection, and the independent model works out best, which is out of expectation.

Plan:

Change the structure of the dependent MRF model, so that it will work out better than the independent model.
