   1, Finished gfbank+fbank gfcc+mfcc experiments test -with Mengyuan;
   2, 1700h stream-amr MPE adaption be runing -with Mengyuan.

Target of next week:

   1, To finished the multi-lingual training;
   2, To start Sinovoice 1700 noisy training;
   3, To do some investigation on G.fst merge and try to solute the non-determinant problem.
