 2, Finished new lexicon generation from Liu Rong's new words.txt, and converted the phones type lexicon to pinyins.

Target of next week:

 1, Keep tracing of patent writing etc.
 2, May OBD sparse DNN etc.
 3, Check the new lexicon to identify the correction of each pronunciation.
 4, To finish some test of mutigraph/online-decode etc.
