Built the vocabulary for chat lm.

Read papers about wordvec

Tel lm 2.1.3 is built

Due to some sys problems, tel lm 2.1.3 testing and chat lm building cannot finish.

This week:

Release new version chat lm.

Add keywords from gxdx testing results and rebuild a new vocab for tel lm, then train 2.1.4, and test it.
